Steadfast Heating & Air is a locally-owned HVAC company based in Colorado Springs. We’re growing fast, heading into a busy season, and looking for a motivated, qualified tech/installer who’s ready to grow with us.

🔧 You’ve got skills. We need someone who can hit the ground running with installs, diagnostics, or service.

💰 Starting pay is competitive for our stage — we’re honest about that. But the upside is real, and you’ll be part of that rise.
We're looking for:
✔️ Reliable, self-motivated techs
✔️ A good attitude (no egos — we’re a team)
✔️ Experience in residential installs and/or service
✔️ EPA certs & Mech4 Required
✔️ Someone who wants to build, not just clock in and out
