Well that looks like some pretty dense and large hail today in Manitou Springs. Another Amazing Weatherlok Roofing stone coated metal install done over the last week. 125 squares anywhere from 1/12 to a 24/12 pitch. This is the third time we have replaced the roof and due to all the big hail in Black Forest even the impact resistant shingles kept getting damaged so this time I upgraded my customer to a roof that will most likely never need to be replaced again even with large hail. So with lots of hail damage out here there’s been all sorts of “Roofing Contractors” popping up that say they are experienced and honest but nine times out of ten they just got licensed and don’t have experience other then sales. Do your homework and take the time to go on PPRBD.org and make sure the contractor you choose, if not ThatsMyRoofer.com, has been in business more then just a couple months. All too often a sales person will get a license and think they know how to run a business and those are the ones that will steal your insurance money and dissolve their LLC and leave you with incomplete work and no money to hire a contractor that’s been around long enough to trust.
