Progress is moving forward in Durango as the Wilson Gulch Road Improvement project helps create a safer, more connected route between the Three Springs Neighborhood and the future Three Springs Elementary School.

This important infrastructure work will improve accessibility for students, families and the surrounding community, laying the groundwork for a space where future generations will learn and grow.

We’re proud to support the continued growth of Durango and excited to soon begin construction on the new Three Springs Elementary School from the ground up.

🚀 Exciting progress at the Agile Space Tenant Improvement project in Durango! Nunn Construction is proud to support the expansion of this innovative aerospace company as they continue developing in-space chemical propulsion systems and manufacturing rocket components in collaboration with NASA.

This facility expansion will add much-needed office space while supporting future manufacturing capabilities and clean room operations as their team continues to grow. We’re excited to help create a space that supports innovation at the highest level.

Huge thanks to our incredible partners: Durango Airport, Mead & Hunt, Dibble Engineering, the City of Durango - Government, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, Airport Commission, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

Special recognition to artists Bryce Pettit (artwork named "Rio de las Animas") and Kameryn Dean (artwork named "Currents of the Animas") for the stunning artwork installations inspired by the Animas River and Four Corners landscape. ✈️🎨
