The Broadmoor has acquired the historic headquarters of El Pomar Foundation in what The Gazette describes as a “full-circle” scenario for both organizations.

✂️ Ribbon Cutting at The Classical Academy East Campus! 🎉

We’re excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting for The Classical Academy East Campus Addition!

This project creates new spaces for students, educators, and staff to learn, connect, and grow with an expanded gymnasium and classrooms to new administrative office space.

We’re proud to have been part of bringing this addition to life alongside The Classical Academy and our design partner, RTA Architects, Inc.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make this project possible. We’re excited to see these new spaces serving the TCA community for years to come!

Sometimes the best way to appreciate a project is to see it from a whole new perspective.

Drone photography gives us a bird’s-eye view of the progress happening on the ground—capturing the scale, details, and big picture all at once. There’s something special about seeing a project come together from overhead.

🎓 Wrapping Up a Great Summer at Nunn!

Today, we hosted our Intern Exit Presentations, giving our summer interns the opportunity to share what they’ve learned, the projects they’ve contributed to, and the experiences they’ve gained during their time at Nunn.

We’re proud of the hard work, growth, and fresh perspectives they brought to our teams and projects throughout the summer.

Of course, we had to send them off the Nunn way — with a BBQ lunch and Josh & John's Ice Cream! 🍔🍦

🎉 Breaking ground on the future of education! Today, the Nunn Construction team was honored to join Academy District 20, RTA Architects, Inc. and the community for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Douglass Valley PK-8 PSMI School Replacement.

This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting journey to create a modern learning environment that will serve students for generations to come. We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Academy D20 and help bring this important vision to life.

🎲♠️ A great evening supporting Fort Lewis College Athletics!

The Nunn Construction team was proud to attend the Fourth Annual Skyhawks Club Casino Night, joining fellow community and business partners in support of Skyhawk student-athletes. This annual event raises critical funding for scholarships and program enhancements, helping provide student-athletes with the resources they need to succeed both on the field and in the classroom.

We're grateful to be part of an event that invests in the future of students and strengthens our Southwest Colorado community. Thank you to Fort Lewis College Athletics for a fantastic evening—we're already looking forward to next year!

⛳ We had a great time supporting rural education at the Colorado Rural Schools Alliance (CRSA) Golf Tournament!

Team Nunn enjoyed spending the day connecting with school district leaders, industry partners, and advocates who are passionate about strengthening Colorado's rural communities. Events like these help provide scholarship opportunities for rural students while fostering meaningful relationships that support the future of education across our state.

Yesterday was a great day on the course with Harrison School District 2!

The Nunn team enjoyed participating in the Harrison School District 2 Golf Tournament at The Golf Club at Bear Dance, connecting with district leaders, industry partners, and community members while supporting education off the jobsite.
