Introducing Our Enhanced Pipeline Inspection Services. We are pleased to announce the expansion of our specialized capabilities to include Enhanced Pipeline Inspection Services for Mainline Sewer Systems and Stormwater Systems.

Our team utilizes a sophisticated mid-size crawler designed for inspecting pipes ranging from 6″ (including relined pipes) to 24″ in diameter, with an optional crawler cradle extending our reach to pipes up to 48″ in diameter and beyond. This advanced crawler is equipped with a high-definition Pan-Rotate camera capable of continuous 360° rotation and +/-135° pan, alongside dual clusters of three high-powered ultra-bright LED lights for optimal visibility. Additionally, it features a locatable sonde and has a unique ability to gather data and provide inclination reporting and graphing.

Our inspection system is complemented by a motorized cable reel designed for one-person operation in remote locations, featuring 820 feet of high tensile strength Kevlar reinforced inspection cable. The reel's powerful three-phase motor ensures ultra-smooth operation, while the cable layering mechanism prevents tangles and interruptions during pay-out and re-winding.

It is all controlled by the MCU312 PCU, integrated with WinCan Embedded and ProPIPE+ Reporting Software. This next-generation control unit offers a sleek, modern design built for durability and ease of use in field surveys, enabling our team to efficiently and effectively view, record, and annotate inspection footage. The ergonomic control system is designed to streamline and spped up field inspections, boasting enhanced simplicity and power with a range of new features and functions.

The system is housed in a rugged, weatherproof outpost inspection transport enclosure that powers, protects, and organizes all equipment, including the crawler unit, caneras, auxualliry lights, cable reel, PCU, monitor, and computer.

This configuration allows us to effectively inspect mainline sewer and storm pipe infrastructure in hard to access and other challenging locations, directly from a pickup, small trailer or perhaps even an ATV.
