Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 4 years since starting Polar Bear Furnace and AC out of my garage! What a journey it has been, from the lowest of lows that nobody sees, to the highs that everyone believes. I’ve gone from literally not knowing how I can keep things going, even putting my house on the line, to incredible growth and success, to operations getting out of control, 100% technician turnover, and being sued. Now, for the first time in my HVAC career, I am a full time technician out in the field running a small but tight shop. After 4 years I feel incredibly blessed and more optimistic about the future of my company than ever before!!! Sometimes you have to take 10 steps back to take 2 steps forward! I believe that God gives us the challenges we need so we can grow into the person we need to be.
