Ron doesn't always get to sleep soundly at night, but especially the past two nights as he had two separate emergency situations to take care of. One thing about Ron is that he will not take failure as an option, even if he is tired. He properly fixed the items needing the attention and got everyone else on their way. That is his own personal strive for a job guarantee. A straight that has been lost over the past few generations. The man is good at that he does and it shows, and he has built his company on that.

Handrail season is upon us. Although, let face it...handrails are always needed. But especially now during this warmer start to our winter season means we usually have a much later snowy season come early.Spring. This is your chance to ensure a bit of safety with the wet and slippery snow. Ron measures and customized a plan with all of our customers that satisfies both the physical standards and safety of the handrails to ensure it is there for many many years to come. This week Ron received a request to fabricate a new heavy duty fireplace log grate. These can be used for inside fireplaces to keep the logs off of the floor ans create a better air flow, or used outside in a fire pit as well.
As I am typing this, Ron is busy at work fixing a latch on a dump trailer before heading back to the shop to fabricate handrails another customer has requested. He is always a busy hard working man who does exquisite work for his customers. Hello friends. We have been at life a lot the past few weeks, but also at the business. Ron has definitely been kept busy with requests and jobs. One of my favorites was the customer who requested a gate that was symmetrical with the rest of the metalwork that was placed by another company. Of course he could, but he did such an outstanding job matching it all up. As requested there was a hook placed to keep the gate open when needed, and instead of leaving the hook dangle down in front of that beautiful piece he went above the request and made the hook it's very own hook to hang on.

Adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, sleet, or hail are no barrier to Ron's professional endeavors. He has been putting in considerable effort, striving to overcome the challenges posed by the snow. Working in the cold, with intermittent warm-ups in his truck, Ron's determination remains unshaken. Seeing him at work is a true inspiration, and capturing the spark moments through photography is especially enjoyable.

The wreathe Ron made for a local church turned out even more spectacular than I could imagine! She looks quite dapper all dressed up.

We had a full day yesterday and Ron was on point on his work game. He started welding some cabinet holders in a Mercedes Sprinter van that is a wheelchair transport van for a very nice gentleman. He then changed out a leaky oil pan helping out a good friend. Her car ran without any oil related problems afterwards. Then he went on to add some security anchors and extra stability on the tongue portion of the trailer. That was all amidst a double garage clean out and redo.
