Your A/C unit uses the air filter on your furnace.
When temps are high, we often get calls about A/C units not keeping up with the heat. The fist thing we recommend is changing the air filter on your furnace. If the filter is clogged then your unit is starving for air. Sometimes this simple act will save you a disgnostic fee and get your home cool again.
