Back at it today! 🔨💪

Finished up everything the carpet crew had me waiting on yesterday 😂 Got the grout finished, caulked all the showers, knocked out some drywall patches, and got this place ready for the next phase!

🎨 NEXT UP: a FULL basement paint job for this customer!

One job at a time, one project closer to a finished home. 🏠🔥

Not every job is a full remodel. 💪

The other day I replaced a worn-out patio awning canopy (didn’t get much footage 😅), and today I tackled a yard that had gotten a little out of control. Picked up a mountain of dog p**p, mowed what was mostly weeds and dry dirt thanks to the heat, and left it looking much cleaner than when I arrived.

No job is too big or too small—if it needs done, AC Fixit is ready to help. 🛠️🌿

Didn’t get a chance to film the process on this one, but here’s the before & after! 👊🏼

These homeowners had water-damaged flooring, so I removed the door frame and trim, replaced the damaged planks, then reinstalled everything and caulked it all back in to give them a clean, finished look.

Happy to get their kitchen functional again! I’m always grateful for every client who trusts me to get the job done right. 🙏🏼

🔨 Another productive day in the books! 🔨

Today we knocked out some exterior trim repairs and got everything sealed up to help protect it from the elements. Then we moved inside, patched up a ceiling, got it repainted, and finished off by re-caulking the tub to give it a clean, fresh look.

Still have another day left on this job, so we’re not done yet! Stick around for Part 2 and the final results. 👀💪
