Stowe Farm Community - formerly Katywil We are a rural cohousing community nestled into the beautiful hills of Western Massachusetts.

Stowe Farm Community is a rural intentional community in a beautiful setting with 11 homes (when completed) on 80 acres. By sharing some responsibilities and resources (garden, greenhouse, tractor, solar energy, chickens, barn, etc.) and by working together as neighbors we live sustainably while enjoying the pleasures of community.
