Last year, we built a composite deck and removed a rickety old dock ... this year, we return and turn a screened-in back porch into a wonderful glass sitting area. The glass provides the view the client paid for when she bought this lake house.🙂

We did away with the screen and used all-glass... Now the family can enjoy the porch year-round and use the windows when needed.

Here is a complete beach-composite-lumber re-deck with new white composite railings, black ballast, and fresh paint for the porch. Many thanks to the crew for working hard and to the universe for giving us a cool ocean breeze in the hot sun. The project was completed so that there were no owner-vacation interruptions.

This basement finishing job includes 2 bedrooms, an office, a bathroom, and a living room. We used a drop ceiling to hide the HVAC and plumbing upstairs, and we just had the stairs carpeted by Home Depot.

We took a pantry and turned it into a place for a double oven in a kitchen that was simply hurting for space. Notice the side of the cabinet that we added a spice cabinet to.
