Roy has built a reputation defined by hard work, expertise, and leadership. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of every aspect of construction have made him an invaluable resource to both his projects and his teams. Having led some of Plano-Coudon’s largest and most complex projects over the years, Roy has played a significant role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients while mentoring and developing the next generation of field leaders.
