We're thrilled to be working alongside Strand Capital Group, Garvin Design Group, and tag Architecture to bring Ocean 23 to life, a breathtaking 24-story oceanfront tower that's going to transform the skyline of Myrtle Beach.

Ocean 23 will feature two pools at ground level for easy beach access, plus a show-stopping penthouse pool and bar on the 21st floor with picture-perfect views of the Atlantic. Stay tuned as we bring this incredible vision to the Grand Strand!
