Breaking ground at Columbia International University! 🪏

Last week our team held an official groundbreaking for an exciting 4-story, 120-bed apartment building at the Pine View complex at CIU. The University is welcoming its largest incoming class in its 103-year history this fall and we are stepping in with solutions to make room this incredible growth!

Project Highlight: Pregis — Anderson, SC. 🏭

Our team delivered a fast-tracked design-build project for Pregis Films, expanding an existing facility into 102,000 square feet of multi-story manufacturing space. Through full BIM coordination with Pregis’s equipment vendors, we eliminated rework and kept the facility running without interruption throughout construction.

The result? A project that earned national recognition.
