A nice little job adding in exhaust on an annealing line in a copper wire factory. We used US Duct's tubing line which is perfect for fume exhaust and positive pressure ducting.

Back at it again people! APEC was contracted to install this Scientific Dust Collector system. With its superior filter cleaning nozzles, a low velocity inlet plenum, and HEPA after-plenum, it is designed for 50,000 cfm. While we can't get into specifics, the application is for a proprietary, fluffy, felt-like material. Special attention and detail was made to the interstitial and can velocities, as well as the characteristics of the dust. The dust is lightweight, has a static charge, and is jaggy under microscope.
