Rental property cleanup and trash out completed today, the home was full of junk,cat f***s and urine, now proceeding with necessary repairs,abatement,and updates; a cleanup video is in the comments.

Little slab and apron pour we did yesterday. On to the next one! Yall give us a shout for anything construction related we do it all.

Demoed a retaining wall and poured the footing for this new 30x30 addition. More work to come on this one.

We almost got this one whooped. We have moved almost 200 loads out of this one.

We have about 10-15 loads of asphalt millings to sell for someone who is wanting their driveway done. We will be responsible for hauling,spreading,and compacting. We can sell loads individually for $500/load millings only . Pm me for more info if interested and please share this post. We hope everyone has a happy thanksgiving.

Here is a 15x22 pad we poured for mount pleasant elementary school for a green house the school system will soon be installing. We also cut some expansion joints in the adjoining pad that the previous contractor neglected to do. Control joints are important for concrete because they are strategically placed grooves that create a weakened plane, forcing cracks to form in a straight, predictable line rather than randomly across the surface. This prevents ugly and potentially structural cracks by managing the stress from concrete shrinkage and expansion caused by curing and temperature changes.

Little job progression update, soon there will be a 5000sqft home on this lot we just got done doing a 4’ cut on. Next week will have the basement dug and ready for the next stages of the project.
