I have had the pleasure to work around some talented people over the years, but Gerald Infinger is one of the best.

Who knows how many millions of square yards he has finish graded over the past eight years with us. He is the go to guy when you needed a project finished with precision. I’ve learned more from him in the past eight years than ChatGPT has stored in data centers.

We are nearly wrapped up with another great project with in the Sandy Run industrial park. Just a few more weeks for the grass to achieve full stabilization, and it will be complete. We have enjoyed this partnership with to bring more industrial space to the midlands.

A few quick stats on this project:
- 103 acres of clearing/ grubbing
- 974,000 Cy of mass earthwork
- 519,000 sf building pad
- 500,000 sf future building pad
- 17,455 lf of storm drain
- 41,000 tons of stone base

We are proud of this team for the quick work on completing this project in 12 months.

Our team is setting some large 60” RCP for a stream diversion on our healthcare project. Ensuring a good bed for the pipe allows for correct alignment and water tight joints. This is imperative in the wake of the flooding we’ve experienced locally in the past two months.

Next we will set some large 96” structures to reroute the stream. Safe, efficient work by Carlos Key’s team.

We are kicking off our first healthcare project with in Columbia this week. This new rehab hospital for will serve the greater midlands area for generations.

We will be performing the full civil scope from clearing, earthwork, utilities and site pavement.
