This video highlights Additive MIG (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) with real-time weld visualization using the Cavitar C400-B welding camera.

Additive MIG uses controlled to deposit metal wire layer by layer, enabling fast build rates, strong material properties, and scalable production of large metal parts. The Cavitar C400-B captures a clear, detailed view of the welding arc and molten weld pool, which are usually hidden from the human eye.

By visualizing each deposited layer as it’s formed, the Cavitar C400-B helps improve process control, verify bead shape and consistency, and quickly identify issues that could impact build quality. This combination of additive and advanced weld visualization supports more consistent, reliable, and optimized metal additive manufacturing.
