🌟 A monumental day for Women @ Core! 🌟

We've just concluded our annual Women @ Core conference, and the energy was palpable! CEO, Dave Duvall, set the tone, emphasizing the profound impact and essential role of such initiatives in cultivating a diverse and supportive workplace.

With participation from teams across all our locations, we connected virtually to absorb insights from a remarkable ensemble of women leaders. And the momentum didn’t end with the talks! Each location transitioned into celebration, complete with engaging activities and a spread of delicious treats.

It was more than just a conference; it was a day of unity, empowerment, and shared joy. We're already looking forward to creating more at our next event! 🎉

One of Core's foundational values is to be a Learning Organization. We do this by creating opportunities for employee development. Currently, the second wave of our emerging leaders are taking part in a year-long program. It emphasizes our corporate strategy & business operations while fostering better cross-functional relationships.

This group gathered in Columbus, to take part in a week-long conference. For many, it was a first chance to interact in person, since prior to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Participants traveled from each of our North American facilities. We are so grateful for the time spent together.

Please join us in congratulating Renee Anderson, EVP of Human Resources, for being selected as a 2022 honoree of the Columbus Business First - HR Impact award.

Renee has been directly involved with the organization’s overall transformation, vision, growth, and strategy.

Her focus has been on driving results through; improving HR systems and processes, employee-engaged culture, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent/succession planning.

Under Renee’s leadership, Core has implemented a world-class leadership development program to offer opportunities for high-potential employees. Not only has the program helped build an internal talent pipeline, but it has also provided tangible results. In 2021, 29% of Core’s open positions were filled with internal promotions.

Back-to-School is in full swing. We asked employees to participate in WCMH-TV, NBC4, nbc4i.com's Stuff the Backpack program for the United Way of Central Ohio. We hope the crayons and colored pencils and other supplies we collected help the 2022-2023 school year get off to a great start!
