We are looking for a Project Manager with knowledge in both Scaffold & Insulation with a good attitude. Willing to work with our team to help DeWine Mechanical grow as a company.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
• Walk through insulation or scaffold projects to later bid them,
plan, define project scope, goals, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Organizing: Structuring the project, allocating tasks to team members, and establishing communication channels.
• Executing: Overseeing project activities, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
• Controlling: Tracking project costs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• Closing: Documenting project outcomes & evaluating performance
• Communication: Regularly communicating with clients, plant management, and team members to keep them informed and ensure alignment.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills for a Project Manager:
• Leadership: Motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
• Communication: Effectively conveying information to plant management and team members.
• Time Management: Planning and executing tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling project costs to stay within budget.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability: Adjusting plans and strategies as needed to respond to changes or unforeseen circumstances.
