🏭 What does a career in manufacturing actually look like?

For National Manufacturing Day, we welcomed local middle and high school students to Behlen Mfg. Co. to help answer that question.

The students got to see what we do, learn about the people and skills behind our products, and discover that there are some pretty great career opportunities right here, close to home.

We’re always glad to open our doors and give the next generation a look at what’s possible.

A little fun, a little friendly competition, and a lot of good food! 🌮🎉

In honor of Hispanic American Heritage Month, the Behlen Mfg. Co. Activities Committee arranged a sombrero hunt, followed by horchata, chips & salsa, and churros for everyone to enjoy.

Most importantly, it gave our employees a chance to come together, share a few laughs, and celebrate the people and cultures that make Behlen a great place to work.

A big thank-you to our Activities Committee for putting together such a fun celebration! ❤️

Labor Day is a chance to recognize the people behind the work.🎉

At Behlen Mfg. Co., good work doesn’t happen by accident. It takes skilled hands, sharp minds, problem-solving, teamwork, and people who take pride in doing the job right.

To every employee who shows up, puts in the work, helps a teammate, solves a tough problem, and keeps us Forging Ahead—thank you.

We hope you take some time this Labor Day to enjoy a well-deserved day off, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most.

Your work matters. And it’s a big part of what makes Behlen what it is today.

👷Happy Labor Day!

🎉90 years. Celebrating across Behlen.

As summer comes to an end, so do our 90th anniversary celebrations at Behlen Mfg. Co. facilities across the country.

From gathering around a meal to sharing a few laughs, our teams took time to celebrate the people and partnerships behind nine decades of manufacturing.

Each location has its own story, but the pride in the work—and the people behind it—is something we share.

90 years behind us. Forging Ahead.

Rockin’ in the USA! 🎸

Columbus Days is a reminder of what makes a community special—the people who show up, get involved, and celebrate together.

Our Behlen Mfg. Co. employees had fun decorating this year's parade float and representing Behlen in the Columbus Days Parade with their families. We're proud to support our employees as they take part in the events and traditions that bring our community together.

Thanks to everyone who came out, joined in, and helped make the weekend’s event special!
