2,000 eighth graders. Two days of exposure to over 50 trade partners.

As founding members of the FORGE Your Path Career Expo, we don't do it halfway. Students climbed in and out of our equipment and took the controls of mini machines to move some dirt of their own.

Every one of our operators had someone who took the time to mentor them in the field. Now we’re planting the seeds and putting in the work for the next generation. Build the person next to you is a value we live by every day.

Grateful to spend some time with our partners at Consolidated Pipe & Supply today at a S***t Shoot for the Burns Dirt Team. Competition was intense. Fried fish was fantastic. Congrats to Crew Leader Jeff Riley for taking home the bragging rights!
