Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone at Falcon Contracting — 30 years from one of our own, Richie McHann!
For three decades, Richie has been the kind of employee every company hopes to have; dependable, hardworking, and always willing to do whatever it takes to keep operations moving. From his early years helping drive the lowboy and flag traffic when needed, to becoming a trusted mechanic that crews rely on every day, Richie has continuously shown what commitment truly looks like. When asked what keeps him motivated after all these years, his answer was simple: being around good people and working with the crews at Falcon. That attitude is exactly why so many people enjoy working alongside him. As Joe Coleman put it, “He has got me out of a bind a bunch of times.”
Outside of work, Richie enjoys spending time with his family — especially trips to the beach or the mountains with his grandkids. He and his wife Tonya have been married for 33 years and have a beautiful family together with their two sons, Chris and Josh, five grandkids, and one more on the way.
Richie, thank you for 30 years of loyalty, hard work, and dedication to Falcon Contracting. We appreciate everything you’ve done for this company and the people around you. Congratulations on an amazing milestone! 👏
