We are excited to celebrate Mike Dancy’s five-year anniversary with Falcon Contracting. Mike serves as our dedicated Water Truck Driver, but his impact goes far beyond. He consistently steps in to assist in various capacities wherever he’s needed, demonstrating the reliability and team-first mindset that defines Falcon.
When asked about what matters most to him, Mike shared that he is thankful for his wife, Shawanda May Dancy, and his family — Precious, Tashonnon, Sharvita, Ja’maya, and Michael Dancy Jr. — who continue to support and inspire him every day. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and reading the Bible to help and encourage others, a reflection of the steady character and positive influence he brings to both the job site and his community. When asked what he loves most about Falcon, Mike said, “it’s the teamwork. We all work together and can always count on one another, and that makes coming to work each day something I truly appreciate. I am proud to be a part of the Falcon family.”
