Officially welcomed into the Gutknecht family 👏

We are proud to congratulate Favour Ezugwu on graduating from Kent State University with his Master’s in Construction Management and receiving the MSCM Master’s Project Award from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design 🎓

After earning his undergraduate degree in architecture while studying and playing basketball in Dubai, Favour realized his passion extended beyond designing structures to helping bring them to life through construction.

Yesterday, his professors described him as a risk taker, a thoughtful leader, and a passionate, driven individual destined for success. We could not agree more.

We are incredibly excited to have Favour joining our team full time and cannot wait to watch him continue making an impact within this industry.

Congratulations, Favour. Your future is bright, and we are lucky to be part of the journey. 💙
