Yesterday we celebrated Ryan Ramirez completing the Executive Leadership Experience with the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio! What an amazing opportunity to be able to send people from our team to the BX to be educated and coached by nationally-recognized experts in construction leadership and business development. Organizations like this create such a cool symbiotic relationship where the more you put into it, the more you get out.

Our president John Harper, serves on the board of the BX, and is also a graduate from this experience! He had the pleasure of recognizing Ryan and awarding his commendation.

The 2026 BOMA Vendor Expo was phenomenal this year! It's an event we look forward to every year, and yesterday's event was no exception!

Thank you so much to the entire BOMA team and everyone else that helped make this event happen. 77 vendor booths and 175+ Property Managers, Coordinators, and Engineers/Maintenance teams really makes this a gathering for our industry unlike any other.

The 2026 Speer Mechanical Annual Chili Cook Off Champion is our new Service Operations Manager, Curtis Crego! With plenty of other competitors, Curtis took home the 1st place regalia in a landslide victory!

This morning IFMA held a panel called "From Roofs to Roots". It was a fantastic, practical, cross-discipline discussion where experts in roofing, landscaping, power washing, and mechanical systems shared spring-ready strategies to protect assets and extend equipment life.

Thanks to the panel moderator Mark Dudgeon, and speakers Jeff Price, Scott Shelton, Michael Halpin, and our very own Yvonne Austin for an amazing Q&A and actionable takeaways!

This weekend we had our annual Employee Appreciation Banquet! For 99 years we've had the privilege of serving central Ohio, and it's because of every person that works for us that we look forward to continuing that legacy for years to come.
