We're honored to be featured in Dublin Life Magazine!

This riverfront retreat along the Scioto River is one of our most memorable projects — a full outdoor living transformation that turned an underutilized backyard into a year-round oasis.

The heart of it? A 4-season sunroom connected to the home's existing basement, with NanaWall folding glass walls that open fully to the outdoors. From there, the space flows into a covered cabana, hot tub, firepit, and dual outdoor cooking areas — all tied together with Bluestone flooring that carries from inside to out.

Above, a large composite deck with a two-story fireplace serves both levels, with natural stone steps and thoughtful landscape lighting completing the picture.

“Justin has been an important leader within our Production Department throughout his time at the Cleary Company. As a Project Manager, he brings a strong combination of field experience, organization, attention to detail, and steady leadership to every project he leads. He understands that great remodeling requires more than managing a schedule—it takes communication, preparation, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to leading people well.

Justin is intentional about setting his team up for success, staying ahead of challenges, and keeping projects moving forward. Beyond his own work, he continually contributes to the growth of our Production Department by sharing lessons learned and helping strengthen the team as a whole. And of course, no mention of Justin would be complete without acknowledging his well-earned role as our resident dad-joke guy.”

When you love your neighborhood, your neighbors, and the life you've built — you don't leave. You grow.

This Powell family didn't want a new house. They wanted more from the one they already love. So we got to work — a primary bathroom transformation, a back porch made for the way they actually live, and new living space above the garage so their family has room to expand without ever having to say goodbye to the street they call home.

Today — Design Consultant, Clayanne Gould, is walking through the upstairs addition, soaking in every detail of a space that's about to change the way this family lives. This is the part of the job that never gets old.
