Completed install for a customer who was quoted over $19,000 to install a 2-ton system. Absolutely uncalled for! We were able to get them into a SEER2 unit by Tempstar and back up and running for a fraction of the cost.

This customer had been without air conditioning for years. We upgraded to a Tempstar 97% furnace cold and hot efficiency air conditioner. The house is still under renovation. So, we still have some modifications to do. For the time being, this customer is cooling!

PSA! Make sure to check your filters. We see so many issues with dirty filters when clients think they have just changed them. Always write the date on the new filter with a marker. We recommend changing every 1 month on 1” filters and 3 months on 4” filters. Anyone who tells you a 4” filter lasts 6 months is not giving you good advice. There are many more variables than that.

More posts to catch up on. This customer had a lug blow out of the compressor and we were unable to save it. However, we were able to get them into a new 3.5 ton R454b system just in time. The house was sweltering 90 degrees inside when we started late Friday and we had them air conditioning in a few hours. We appreciate all of your support.
