Through the use of state-of-the-art measuring equipment such as Mitutoyo (Coordinate Measuring Machine), FARO Edge portable CMM , we are able to provide accurate measures of two and three dimensional features of an object. These measures are used to produced 1st article inspection reports and statistical data for our customers. AGI employs the following quality principles and practices to ensure superior product quality: PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R & R, 1st article inspection, work instructions, process flows, IPI's, AQL's, process capability studies, PDCA (Shewhart Cycle) and various other ISO 9000 driven documents.
