💥 Catalysis offers laser scanning services!

One of our customers came to us with a ren wood tool because of delamination issues. The tool had 2 parts that needed to be glued back together & gaps in areas after usage. While this typical thermoforming tool works & will make good parts, it starts falling apart and reaches the end of life fairly quickly.

➡️ CATALYSIS SOLUTION: We reverse engineered the ren wood tool with laser scanning to create solid data to make a Catalysis 3D printed thermoforming tool.

✅ Longer tool life (no delamination issues, forms 1000s of parts)
✅ Significant cost reduction compared to the traditional ren wood tool
