What a year! Thank you to everyone that made 2023 a success.

Grit and tenacity. These are a few words that come to mind with this crew. If you’ve been around construction, you know it never goes perfect. Despite the challenges we faced on the er****on of this building, our team wasn’t discouraged by these setbacks. If anything, they were even more driven, more determined to overcome them. They saw these challenges as an opportunity to become better; to teach the next generation about perseverance to withstand whatever obstacles come their way. Once again, we are completely blown away with the caliber of talent and heart on our team. Great performance by all of our Union Ironworkers, Carpenters, and Operators to come together and top out this project on schedule.

We are so grateful for our crews, without them we couldn’t do what we do! Here is a hybrid mass timber / steel project we recently topped out with a composite crew of IW and Carpenters. Many, many thanks for working together to complete this one successfully!
