Read Design Prints
Work with designers for constant improvement
Document and Log set-up sheets
Participate in the design and development for test automation and support
Write Programs using Conversational Programming Fanuc Manual Guide I, Milltronics Centurion and G-code and MasterCam Software.
Cross over work Building End Of Arm Tooling and Assembly of Standard Components.
Y Axis Live Tooling Machine
Qualifications:

Min 5 year using CNC's
Fanuc Controls and Conversational Programming Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
CNC Speed and Feed
Strong Communication Skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Support Equipment at Customers Site
Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive field

Knowledge of mechanical equipment

MUST BE ABLE to Travel to Canada,and Mexico (Customers Site)

The Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing and repairing of product,

DUTIES:

Assemble, test, and repair CCS products according to work orders and procedures.
Full understanding of mechanical, and general engineering drawings and specifications.
Demonstrated ability to train others.
Cooperate with other areas of the organization.
JOB DETAILS:

This is a full time position
Work hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Skills and experience

Minimum two years of practical/relevant experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong hands on mechanical/electrical/hydraulic experience.
Computer literacy and ability to read assembly drawings.
Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and willing to learn and develop along with the company.
Able to operate effectively and with a high level of quality.
EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Christmas arrived a little late here at CCS Design. Today we took delivery of our fifth high production CNC.

To keep up with our customers' needs and continue to make advancements we have added 3D printing to our capabilities.
This sample EOAT was printed using PLA Carbon Fiber material, the vacuum lines are printed in to the EOAT for a clean finish.
