Serra Manufacturing has been a leading innovator in the manufacturing of precision stamped parts since its inception in 1959. Our facilities include over 20 hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 15 to 170 tons in capacity, as well as in-house double disc grinding, lapping and deburring operations. Through the use of computers we

are able to design and fabricate either single stampings or progressive dies to insure that your parts are made to the highest standard of quality on a cost effective basis. With their unique skills and experience in die fabrication and production techniques, our people take pride in doing the impossible for you, our customer. Our estimating department can usually respond to your quotations the same day your prints and requests are received, and our outside sales force assures that we are constantly apprised of your needs. As a certified supplier to some of the largest aerospace companies in the world, we are committed to maintain the highest possible quality standards. To do this we employ continuous process improvement techniques such as: SPC, TQM, 6 SIGMA, KAIZEN and DESIGN of EXPERIMENTS. In addition, our production personnel are certified and must undergo continuous training to maintain that status. Data collection, through use of bar coding, is integrated into a closed loop manufacturing system to insure delivery of quality parts to customer's schedules. Whether it be the latest composites, exotic metals or basic raw stock, we are able to produce parts, on schedule, to your cost and design requirements. From shims to washers to complex formed stampings, Serra's personnel are continually investigating advanced materials and revolutionary technologies to insure that we maintain our position as one of the foremost manufacturers of precision stamped parts well into the 21st century.
