I get this question quite often: Is battery backup right for me?

It depends. Battery is generally a luxury item in the event of a power outage for most households. Other times battery can be a more necessary appliance for medical baselines in replacement or combination with home generators.

Ask yourself if it is worth the cost. Are you in a fire danger zone with multiple, extended safety power shutoffs or do you only have outages every once and a while? Do you have medical appliances that need to be on at all times?
