"Is this wall leaning?"
"Yes. And as a matter of fact, let's not stand so close..."

The amazing Ronni and a sophisticated board of directors supported this homeowner as UPSI led them through the gauntlet of Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, Napa building permits, Coring, Drilling, and Construction - all with only 8' of clearance and the clock ticking.

After an exhaustive and iterative process, the shoring solution became also the final wall design, saving immense cost and several years time.

The project was a sprint - completing the project only days before the 2024 rains set in - and more importantly, before the original wall failed.

I commend the River Glen Board of Directors and their manager Ronni for spectacular responsiveness, coordination, and leadership. It was a pleasure working with them to both make this homeowner safe and provide a long-term plus aesthetically pleasing solution.

We had a great time hosting and connecting with managers at the CAI Education Luncheon last week. Many thanks to Amy Tinetti, Esq., CCAL of Hughes Hill Cochran Tinetti, PC and Louie Brown, Jr., Esq a CAI-CLAC Advocate. The information about gate inspections and electronic voting was helpful and insightful. Thank you, CAI, for another great opportunity to learn and engage with others in the CID industry.

We took some time to celebrate our amazing team last Friday! You have to go visit Drive ! We had a blast driving the courses and safely crashing into walls and burning rubber. Thank you UPSI Team for making our company the success that we are and will continue to be!
