Now Hiring: Hardscaping Foreman
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscaping Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing hardscaping projects, overseeing crews, and ensuring quality work.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead hardscaping crews
Plan and execute landscaping and outdoor construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more
Ensure all work meets safety standards and is completed on time
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure project goals are met
Maintain and manage equipment and materials
Provide on-site training to crew members
Troubleshoot issues and make decisions on the spot
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in hardscaping and outdoor construction
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license
