Another big milestone reached on this project! 🏠🔨

The trusses are set and the roof sheathing is on! It’s always exciting to watch a set of plans come to life, and this home is really starting to take shape.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we’re thankful for good progress, a hardworking crew, and another productive week on the job.

🏠 MAKING SOME SERIOUS PROGRESS! 🔨

Another big milestone on this new home build!

The walls are up, everything is double-plated, and the house is really starting to take shape! There’s something pretty exciting about watching a set of plans go from a foundation… to a floor… and now to actual rooms you can walk through.

These drone shots give an awesome view of just how much has come together. Next up, we keep pushing forward and get ready to put a roof over it! 💪

We’re thankful for another productive week, a hardworking crew, and most of all, for the opportunity to build another family a place they’ll soon call HOME. ❤️🏠

🏠 ANOTHER NEW HOME IS UNDERWAY! 🔨

It’s always exciting watching a new home come together from the ground up!

The basement walls are poured, the back wall is framed, and the floor system is officially on. Now we’re waiting for the wall package to arrive so we can start standing walls and really watch this house take shape!

There’s a lot of work between an empty piece of ground and a finished home, but this is the part we love — building it one step at a time.

Stay tuned… the next set of pictures should look a whole lot different! 👀🏠🔨

It’s so much fun to see an empty piece of ground be transformed into someone’s dream home.

A couple days ago it was just a foundation. Today the floor is complete and ready for walls.

Notice the materials. TGI floor joist and Advantech flooring that is glued and screwed down. We work hard to make sure we give our clients the best and most durable product available.
