Some full pen work on a 12k reach forklift. Rear boom section started to separate and tear, cleaned out the crack from the front all the way to an 1”-1/2 from the end and drilled a hole at the end to stop the spread. Cleaned up and welded both sides. Back in service and being utilized by the customer.

Basket repair on a 60 foot boom lift. These baskets are always failing and fairly quickly as well. We added a more robust toe kick board and grating for the operators area. Fresh coat of JLG orange went on shortly after these were taken. Unit is back in service and won’t need a basket anytime soon.

Deck guide/lock plate on a rollback failed. Not even a a couple months old from the manufacturer. Was able to stitch her up and get her back on the road pretty quick. You know what they say about new right? Never even worked.
