Brandon and I are truly very thankful for all our clients, contractors, employees, family and friends… also those random, amazing individuals that have reached out just to say wise and kind words to encourage Brandon. You all are amazing!! The support we have received during this merge and transition has been overwhelming but very heartwarming and appreciated. We also cannot thank you all enough for being understand during the pandemic. Equipment being back ordered, lack of workers and not having enough time in the day… we’re all in this together and I hope we all continue to support and help one another.

A letter from Dave,

I could not be happier about the changes coming for my company, Wickenburg Air. I want to clear up any confusion that may be going around. Lee and Reba Denmark have been co-owners for the last 3 years but approached me about three weeks ago expressing their desire to rescind their contract so they could move to Idaho to be with Lee’s mother and family. As a result of their wishes, they signed over their ownership to me along with the necessary documents to remove them from their rolls as officers and owners with the Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Corporation Commission. They did a good job as owners during the last three years, and I wish their family nothing but the best on their new adventure.

That brings us to the great news. Brandon and Tobi Suitor, after several meetings, have decided to purchase all of Wickenburg Air. They have been running the business operations since March 1st. Brandon worked for Wickenburg Air for almost 12 years and was always a fast learner and a hard worker. He wanted to try his abilities as an owner of his own business and has been highly successful with Suitor’s Heating & Cooling. After hearing that I was again looking for a buyer he approached me, and we ended up striking a deal. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome knowing that the business I started 19 years ago was going to be led by someone who was a part of it for almost 12 full years.

I cannot say enough about the Suitor’s, and my belief is that they possess all the tools and the determination to not only succeed, but to excel in this endeavor. I will be staying for a period of time to assist in the operations and the work involved in merging the two businesses, as I want nothing but a smooth and successful transition.

I am so pleased with this outcome as it allows me to keep my retirement plans on track knowing that this business, “Suitor’s Wickenburg Air” will continue to be the leader in Wickenburg for all you’re Cooling and Heating needs from service, repair, new equipment and new home construction services as well.

Thank you to all our loyal customers and rest assured you are in good hands; this change will be one for the better. Brandon was and is an excellent contractor with an amazing work ethic.

Brandon and Tobi Suitor are pleased to announce that Suitor’s Heating & Cooling and Wickenburg Air will be merging into one company. Some chatter is already going around, and I wanted to get a quick announcement out before the official article is released. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity of purchasing Wickenburg Air and merging the two companies has already begun. Brandon and I want to personally thank David and Uvonne Lund. All your hard work building this company from the ground up is noticed and we want nothing more than to continue what you have started. We are also pleased to say that Dave will be sticking around for a while to help with a smooth transition. We cannot wait to grow with our employees and all our new and previous contractors and clients. Customer service and quality work is still our #1 priority!
