The Maintenance Manager/Supervisor is accountable for achieving the Company’s balanced scorecard goals that includes efficient daily start-ups to meet or exceed daily throughput targets, uncompromised food and human safety, schedule attainment, control of MRO and labor expenses, shop organization (5-S), developing work schedules through written work orders for assigned personnel actively utilizing CMMS program to maintain equipment in peak condition at all times, management of an emergency work order program, utility management and the ongoing administration to optimize Maintenance operations.

Seeking Production Supervisors that can be responsible for the leadership of assigned personnel, the quality and safety of food products produced, the safety of personnel, line efficiencies, schedule attainment, minimizing food and packaging waste, implementation of Lean Manufacturing, and the ongoing housekeeping of the facility.

Actively engages in root cause analysis and continuous improvement exercises providing solutions to issues and how to optimize results.

Makes daily contact with all assigned personnel to ensure any obstacles to success are understood and removed for the employee.

Maximizes the use of personnel through ongoing training, coaching and regular daily feedback.

· 2nd and 3rd shift openings

· Run processing or packaging equipment, assemble and fill boxes of Tortilla Chips in boxes or displays for Club Stores or palletize cases on pallets.

· Inspect as possible the quality of the packages being packed to ensure the highest quality.

· If the line is idle, help clean the area and empty the trash cans and this is a "big kitchen" and we want to be tour ready for customers.

· Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices to protect food from contamination of any type.
