Growing up in poverty and moving from home to home, Crystal never had the stability most people take for granted. There were moments filled with uncertainty, moments where the future felt unclear, and moments that could have easily broken her spirit. Many people in her position would have given up, and no one would have blamed them.
But Crystal did not;
Somewhere in the middle of the chaos, she made a decision that this would not be the end of her story. She held onto something greater than her circumstances. Even when the path was not clear and even when doors seemed closed, she kept moving forward. Not because it was easy, but because she believed there was more waiting for her on the other side of the struggle.
Everything changed when she met her mentor, Mr. John Coffman.
Where others may have seen her past, he saw her potential.
He introduced her to the water treatment industry. What may have seemed like just another opportunity quickly became a calling. Under his guidance, Crystal committed herself to learning everything she could. She mastered water demonstrations and developed a deep passion for educating families on the importance of clean, safe water. More than a career, it became her mission to serve and protect the health of others.
With relentless determination, long days, and an unshakable work ethic, Crystal rose to the top. She earned the title of number one sales representative in the central region time and time again and has been recognized as a Top-10 water treatment specialist in the world for several years. Her success is not only measured in numbers, but in the countless lives she impacted along the way.
Every door she knocked on and every family she helped was a reminder of why she started and why she could never stop.
In November 2018, with faith as her foundation and purpose in her heart, Crystal stepped out and founded JRC Home Solutions.
This was never just about building a business. It was about building something meaningful. Something rooted in integrity. Something driven by service. Something that would not only change lives through clean water, but also give purpose to those called to deliver it. JRC Home Solutions has placed #1 as a dealership in water treatment in the last 4 yrs of the central region.
She works alongside her husband, Collin Judice, who stands beside her not only as her partner in life, but as her partner in purpose. Together, they have built a strong and dedicated team that operates with integrity, passion, and a commitment to excellence in water treatment. Their leadership has created a company known for trust, results, and consistent five star service throughout the communities they serve.
Crystal carries a deeply thankful heart. She is forever grateful to her mentor, John Coffman, for seeing her potential and helping guide her into her purpose. She is equally thankful for her husband, Collin, who stepped in and helped her carry the torch of JRC Home Solutions, standing beside her every step of the way. And she holds immense appreciation for the entire JRC Home Solutions team, knowing that without their dedication, passion, and unity, they would not be number one in water treatment.
At home, Crystal’s greatest title is not entrepreneur. It is wife and mother. She and Collin share a beautiful blended family with Kierston, Jessalon, Greyson, Sofia, and Beckett. Her family is the heart behind everything she does. Crystal enjoys watching their successes. Kierston is a licensed director for a childcare facility, Jessalon has a passion for teaching and travel, Sofia and Beckett are both good students and very athletic, spreading their talents across many sports. Crystal has a special love for baseball and finds joy in watching her son Greyson on the field and listening to him sing and play the guitar. Whether she is cheering from the stands, baking in the kitchen, sewing, or spending time with loved ones, those moments remind her of what truly matters most.
But Crystal’s impact reaches far beyond her home and business.
She has a deep passion for giving back, especially to children who may be facing the same kind of hardships she once did. Through her volunteer work with local boys and girls homes, she pours into the next generation, love, encouragement, and hope. She believes that when you invest in children, you help shape a stronger future for all. At the center of everything she does is her faith in God.
