11/15/2025

The team had a huge week of production at the Big Bear Express project in front of Panorama Village. Lots of coordination and planning for all the moving parts. We pumped roughly 750 yards of between the retail building and the retention pond footing for the 10’ vertical wall. The underground plumbing for the second building which is a truck stop is completed and ready for backfill. We will continue with the storm piping and utilities as this project has roughly 3,000 ft of underground retention system.

The Smileys project in is wrapping up. We’ve passed our inspections with the city and the fire marshal for the certificate of occupancy. We also constructed a new median and lane striping for TxDot. Next will be a final grade and hydromulching around the property to get the grass looking good again!

We started a new project in off I-45 in front of Panorama Village. This project will be a combination of 2 buildings consisting of a truck stop and a retail center. We currently have the building pads completed along with proper sloping around the site to ensure storm water runoff as we move through the site work. The guys have the forms locked for the foundations and the storm pipe installation is underway.

The Smileys project in Huntsville, Tx is nearing completion. We have the parking lot poured and the fuel canopy erected. Next we will install the fuel dispensers and wrap up the final touches inside the store.

The Caddo Village in is nearing completion. This property does not have enough room for a retention pond so we installed one under the parking lot using an ADS storm chamber system. Next we will excavate and install the fuel tank. Along with the piers for the fuel canopy.

06/14/2025

The Smileys and retail center is coming together quickly. Once the weather lets up we can continue with the fuel system and the exterior building finishes. The interior finishes are underway as well. The walls are painted and the ceiling grid is installed. Once the tile guys wrap up we will bring in the milll work and the MEP guys can begin their trim out.

The Caddo Village Market project located in is moving swiftly. The guys have constructed the CMU walls and erected the steel. Along with the framing/sheathing and the roofers also have the building dried in. Next we will begin the MEP rough in while we wait on storefront glass.

The Smileys project located in off I-45 is rolling along! The roofers are installing the TPO membrane and the framers are working their way across the front of the building. Next we will finish the exterior sheathing and prepare for the glass storefront installation.

We are underway on a project located in Willis, Tx. This project will also have a retail end cap for lease along with the . Once the foundation cures and strengthens for a few weeks we will begin the CMU block work.

We have the exterior building renovation completed at our project in Port Lavaca, Tx. Wow what a transformation from the original building built back in 1965! Next we will begin the site work and resurfacing the parking lot to give it a fresh new look. We specialize in all commercial construction aspects.
