I would like to sincerely apologize if you have had trouble getting ahold of the office rather via Phone or Email. We have had a total outage. We are going on Day 2 of no phones and no internet. We do have our phones transferred to Answering service and will return your call as quickly as possible. It is our #1 Goal to make sure our customers are happy and taken care of. Service Agreement Available to all current & new customers

Charlie's A/C and Heating offers a yearly Service Agreement to help maintain both your air conditioning and heating systems. For a cost of $129.00 for the first unit and $99.00 for each additional system, we will perform both summer and winter checkups on your system(s). In addition, we include a 10 % discount on any parts throughout your contract term.

Summer Inspection includes:
Blow Out Drain Lines
Install Tablets in Main Drain Pan
Clean Condenser Coils
Inspect Ducting
Inspect Blower
Check Freon

Winter Inspection includes:
Gas Heat
Heat Exchanger
Burners
Blower
Induce Draft Motor
Carbon Monoxide Test
Unit Turns On / Off Correctly
Electric Heat
Sequencer
Blower
Heat Strips
Unit Turns On / Off Correctly
