Drain pan full of water due to not being properly maintained. If your coil does not have a service valve on the primary drain line then your air conditioner cannot be properly serviced causing the primary drain to back up and can cause water damage in your home. Give us a call we can inspect your unit to see if its equipped with the right parts to be properly serviced. We added this valve and got this customer fixed up and now he is worry free until next spring

In 2025, the HVAC industry has undergone a significant refrigerant change due to new EPA regulations aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. New residential and light commercial HVAC systems will be required to use refrigerants with a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) than the currently popular R-410A. This means manufacturers will no longer be able to produce or import new systems using R-410A, but existing systems can still be serviced and maintained. The changes that have been made have caused prices to increase industry wide. Its very important to keep your current system maintained. If your existing system breaks down you may be looking at having to replace the entire system depending on what the failure is. If you havent had your system looked at this year give us a call.
