These are the faces of health and fitness!

The Ergo-Flex team had the incredible honor to travel to Pasadena, CA to attend W3Fit 2026, where they connected with fellow leaders in the wellness and fitness industries through speed networking, team bonding, business introductions, and so many meaningful conversations.

From making new connections to discovering new opportunities, W3Fit gave us the chance to step outside the office, build relationships, and introduce more people to what Ergo-Flex Technologies is bringing to the fitness, wellness and recovery industries.

One of our favorite memories from the trip was assisting in building and racing children’s bikes, apart of a team bonding experience, that are going to be donated to local children for charity.

We’re incredibly grateful to the W3Fit organizers and everyone who took the time to connect with our team. 🤝 We’re excited to keep building these relationships, see where they lead, and continuing to expanding the Ergo-Flex family.

Sometimes, the people closest to you are the first to notice when something changes.

At 78 years old, Jim is seeing the impact of making his health a priority, and his wife is noticing it, too.

Since incorporating Mito2, SomaCharge, Back On Trac and Knee On Trac into his wellness routine, Jim says his wife has seen a significant difference in his mental and physical attitude and abilities.

But Jim’s story is about more than wellness technology.
It is about accountability.

It is about having the people you love encourage you to take care of yourself, and then being able to see the difference that commitment can make.
