🏗️ Where can a career in construction take you? Sometimes, full circle.

Meet Eric Sutterfield, a Project Executive with who has built a career by taking on new challenges, growing into new roles, and seeing firsthand just how many directions a career in construction can take. 💙

And there couldn’t be a more fitting place to tell his story than South Side Bee Branch School District, Eric’s alma mater, where, years later, he helped bring the school’s new football field to life just in time for this season. 🏈

🏗️ What do you build for a printing press that weighs more than 50 tons? A space designed around the work it needs to do.

For this , we’re checking in on a new 24,000-square-foot production space for Packaging Specialties in Fayetteville. The ground-up project will house new printing press equipment capable of producing up to 12 miles of plastic packaging every hour. 🤯

From the pre-engineered metal building to the specialized needs of the equipment inside, our team is coordinating the pieces to deliver a production space built for what comes next.

And the impact extends beyond the project site. As part of the work, Packaging Specialties and Nabholz will also provide public park improvements along Town Branch at White River Park. ❤️

We’re proud to build alongside a Fayetteville company that has called the community home for more than 50 years.

👷 What if your first construction opportunity was just the beginning?

Meet Blake Armer, a part-time intern with the Nabholz Millshop.

Blake first connected with when we visited Conway High School and later joined our Youth Apprenticeship Program. From there, he continued on to college, joined the Nabholz Intern Program, and now works with our Millshop part time while he’s in school. ❤️

Along the way, Blake has gained experience both building the work and helping plan it, giving him a firsthand look at just how many directions a career in construction can take.

🏗️ Ever wondered what a millwright does?

Meet Brent Anderson, a Foreman with Nabholz Industrial Services.

From machinery moving and heavy rigging to structural steel and process mechanical piping, Brent’s career is a great example of just how far the skilled trades extend beyond what you might picture when you think “construction.”

Brent has continued building his own skills throughout his career, including completing the Nabholz Millwright Apprenticeship earlier this year. And one of the things he values most about the industry is simple: construction isn’t going anywhere. ❤️
