When it's 100 degrees outside, your AC unit could have a hard time keeping up. Here are a few helpful tips to keep your unit cool so it can do it's job properly.

1. Keep all grass and shrubs trimmed back away from the unit.
2. Spray down the outdoor condenser with your water hose.
3. Keep heat producing chores to a minimum when the sun is high in the sky. Run your dryer and dishwasher in the morning or late night.
