🏡 A little history. A whole new chapter.

This 1950s home is getting a complete transformation from top to bottom! We’re breathing new life into an older home while reimagining the spaces for modern living.

From the big changes to the smallest details, every part of a remodel matters. We love the opportunity to take an existing home and transform it into something special.

Follow along as this project comes together!

This is the kind of thing we love seeing on a Benchmark jobsite.

We happened to catch our painter the other day working on the baseboards, completely suited up and taking his time to get every detail just right. The cardboard on the floor is used to prevent dust from flying up and getting into the wet paint.

It’s a small part of a much bigger remodel, but it’s a good reminder that the finished product is only as good as the craftsmanship behind it.

Happy National Coffee Day! ☕️🏡

Some of the best ideas start with a cup of coffee and a good conversation.

Whether we’re talking about building a custom home, remodeling a space, or simply dreaming about what’s possible, we love sitting down with our clients and hearing their vision.

Because before we build it, we talk about it.

If you could build your dream home from the ground up, what would you include?

👨🏼‍🍳 A kitchen made for hosting?
🌴 A huge outdoor living space?
👙 A pool and backyard oasis?
🛋 A master bedroom suite you never want to leave?
Or, maybe something completely unique to your family?

We believe a custom home should be more than aesthetically pleasing - it should be built around the way you actually live day-to-day.

We've just launched our newly redesigned website, where you can explore more of our work and begin imagining what's possible for your own home.

Tell us in the comments: what's top priority on your dream-home must-have list?

As Dolly Parton famously said, "if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain." These homeowners envisioned the rainbow and were willing to put up with a few months of construction to get there. Check out the beautiful result of their vision as well as where it began! 🌈✨
