🏠 ANOTHER FRONT PORCH BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP! 🔨

There’s nothing like adding a front porch to completely change the look, function, and curb appeal of a home!

For this project, we built a new freestanding front porch structure and tied it into the existing home, making sure the new construction looked like it belonged there from the start.

This build included:

🔨 Full pressure-treated framing
🏠 Matching metal roof to complement the existing home
🪚 Custom framed gable with exposed structural details
🪵 Pressure-treated deck boards
🔨 Full railing system with wood balusters
🪜 New staircase with handrails and balusters
💪 Heavy-duty posts, beams, joists & roof framing
📐 Everything built on-site from the ground up

The result is a large, covered outdoor space that adds usable living space, curb appeal, and value to the home.

Major Exterior Transformation 🏠🔥

This one was a MAJOR transformation from start to finish!

This block home presented a unique challenge because we had to lath out the exterior walls with 1x material to create a proper surface for the new vinyl siding. From there, we completely changed the look of the home with:

🔨 New vinyl siding installation
🏠 Custom trim work around all existing block vents to blend them into the new vinyl exterior
⬆️ Soffited the entire eave system for a clean, finished appearance
🛠️ Wrapped all exposed wood with coil metal, with the metal professionally broken on the brake for a tight, finished look
✨ Detailed the exterior to tie everything together and give this older block home a completely refreshed appearance

Projects like this are all about the details. What started as a dated block exterior was transformed into a clean, modern-looking home with a completely different curb appeal.
