Are you organized, dependable, and ready to keep a busy Mechanical company running smoothly? We’re looking for a dispatcher to join our team and be the backbone of our daily operations.

Position: Plumbing/HVAC Dispatcher
Location: Cookeville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
• Schedule service calls and coordinate technicians
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping
• Maintain records
• Support the owners and team with administrative tasks
• Dispatch after hours/weekend calls on a bi-weekly basis

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous office management or administrative experience (Plumbing, HVAC or service industry preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and QuickBooks (a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
