This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Josh Burrows, our Quality Control Supervisor here at Hurst Boiler! 👏

Josh plays a huge role in making sure our customers receive quality products by supporting our inspectors and working alongside production to ensure ASME code compliance from start to finish. His dedication, leadership, and attention to detail help keep things running smoothly every day.

What really makes Josh stand out, though, is his attitude. He’s always willing to help, easy to work with, and brings positive energy everywhere he goes. Whether it’s tackling a challenge, helping a teammate, or just making the day better with a good attitude and some great music, Josh is truly a blast to be around.

One of the coolest things about Josh’s story is his journey at Hurst. He started on the custodial crew and worked his way up to supervisor through hard work, determination, and a can-do mindset. He’s proof that with the right attitude and effort, there’s no limit to where you can go. 💪
