Today was a HUGE day at Hurst Boiler as we hosted our very first Manufacturing Day right here in little ole Coolidge, Georgia!! 👏💙

This is something we’ve wanted to do for a while, and with an incredible team behind it, we successfully pulled it off… and had the BEST time doing it!

With over 150 students, teachers, vendors, community leaders and volunteers joining us, there was no shortage of things happening around Hurst today. From shop and panel shop tours, hands-on demonstrations and vendor booths to Be Pro Be Proud, Kona Ice, career opportunities and so much more, our campus was FULL of excitement! ⚙️🔥

And trust us… we’re just getting started sharing it all. We have so many pictures, stories and special moments from today that we can’t wait to share with y’all over the next few weeks!

To every single person who helped make this day possible, THANK YOU. 🤍 Whether you volunteered your time, brought equipment, set up a booth, donated, sponsored, helped behind the scenes or simply showed up to support us, we truly could not have done it without you. There are plenty of well-deserved shoutouts coming your way… and maybe a few swag bags hitting the mail too. 📦

And most importantly, to the students and teachers who spent the day with us: we truly hope you had as much fun as we did!

Our biggest goal was to inspire the next generation and give these students an up-close look at what Hurst Boiler and so many incredible businesses right here in our community have to offer, both locally AND across the world. 🌎

To our students: YOU are the future, and you are so important. Last week, we had the honor of welcoming S.C. DeLong all the way from Canada! 🤝

They made the trip down to check out a job, talk about some exciting upcoming projects, and even brought a few customers along with them! We truly had a blast getting to know everyone, talking boilers, and showing them around our little hometown. And check out that impressive biomass system behind the guys! 🔥

Next year makes things even more special. As Hurst gets ready to celebrate 60 years, S.C. DeLong gets ready to celebrate 30 years, and we’re also celebrating 30 years of working together! 🎉

Three decades of partnership, projects, memories, and most importantly, friendship. Somewhere along the way, it became so much more than just business. We don’t just work together, we’re truly friends, and relationships like these are what make this industry so special.

Here’s to 30 years together and many, many more! 💙🔥

It’s Meet & Greet Monday, and today we’re excited to spotlight Casiano Velasco! 👏

Casiano has been with Hurst for a little over a year, working as an Electrician, and in that time, he has shown an incredible work ethic, pride in his skill, and a willingness to tackle whatever comes his way. He’s bright, passionate about what he does, incredibly easy to work with, and always seems to be thinking one step ahead of the game.

When asked what his favorite part of working at Hurst is, Casiano said it’s the community atmosphere and the great people... something we’re certainly proud to hear!

Outside of work, Casiano is passionate about exercising and encouraging others to enjoy it, too. And when it comes to getting the day started, a good cup of coffee is a must! ☕💪

Casiano, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the positive attitude you bring to Hurst each day. We’re thankful to have you as part of the Hurst family and look forward to watching you continue to grow in your career!

Thanks to our awesome representatives in Indiana, this 750 HP Hurst Boiler is officially being unloaded at its new home! 🙌🔥

Just look at how clean this boiler looks coming off the truck. Now imagine how good it’s going to look once it’s fully installed and up and running!

And the best part? It’s not alone. We can’t wait to follow the progress of this boiler and its brother as they settle into their new home.

A big thank you to our representatives at Cici Boiler Rooms, Inc. and everyone involved in getting these units where they need to be. Jobs like this take the right people, plenty of coordination, and a whole lot of teamwork. Thankfully, these boilers are in great hands and being well taken care of!

Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Cici Boiler Rooms, and for letting us follow along on another great job. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished installation! 🔥

You know what time it is?! KONA ICE TIME! 🍧

We look forward to this day every year, and it never disappoints! An ice-cold treat, a few minutes to cool off, cut up with coworkers, and enjoy some much-deserved fun… what could be better?!

But the best part is what we’re celebrating: our people and SAFETY! 👏 We’re incredibly proud of the men and women who show up every day, work hard, look out for one another, and continue to make safety a priority.

‼️ BIG NEWS is coming to Boilermaker Lane! 👀

We are incredibly excited to announce that Hurst Boiler is hosting MFG Day 2026!

For the past several months, our team has been working hard behind the scenes to create an experience that gives students a real look inside the world of manufacturing. From interactive stations and hands-on learning to real-time experiences throughout our facility, students will have the opportunity to learn from different departments, meet the people behind the work, and see firsthand just how much goes into what we do every day.

And we may have a few surprises up our sleeves, too. 😉

Our goal is simple: we want the next generation to see just how many opportunities exist within manufacturing and the skilled trades. These are real skills, real careers, and real opportunities to make an impact... and we can't wait to share that with them.

As we've planned this event, we've been overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, and excitement we've received... not only from our local community, but from friends and partners across the industry and around the world. To everyone who has supported this vision and helped us bring it to life, thank you. This is only the beginning of recognizing the many people and companies who have stepped up, encouraged us, and supported MFG Day in such a big way. We can't wait to share more about the incredible support that has helped make this day possible. 💙
