Seems like yesterday I was helping build the first brewery for these guys. There popularity and growth has forced them to upgrade there brewing capacity substantially. Moving into an additional 12k sqft of space that backs up to there current location to start. Moving up from a 5/7 bbl brewhouse to a 15bbl QTS system with grist hopper, dual kettles, and an external calandria. All steam fed by a 43hp Rite steam boiler we installed. All the steam piping is kept high and tite, yet easily servicable. Nothing touches the floor to aid with easy cleaning. Everything was insulated and then covered with a with brushed aluminum jacketing that isn't just durable, but looks great. Also substantially upgraded was a new walk in cooler. 40' long, 20' wide, and 16' high with a large rolling door for forklift/pallet jack entry.
